Clear the bathroom counters

I help clients organize and stage their houses to sell and people often say they wished I had come over years ago. One of the first things you can do is to clear the bathroom counters! You will be amazed at how much cleaner your house will look and feel everyday. You should only have your necessities like soap on the counter and a decorative piece or two depending on the size of your counter. Put everything else in a drawer, cabinet, or closet. You can also put a caddy under the sink to pull out when getting ready for the day and then put it back after you are done. If you need more storage space, install a medicine cabinet or get a freestanding floor cabinet. The less items on your counter, the more organized your home will look and feel.
