We just closed on a property in Valrico, FL, thanks to Gina Hill of ReMAX. This lady is “The” best Realtor that we have ever had the privilege of working with in our 30+ years of buying and selling properties both here and in England. While living in England, we were offered the opportunity to relocate back to Florida via a job transfer. After two failed attempts to find a good, reliable realtor, we found Gina online and worked with her for a few weeks via email and telephone before coming to Florida. Thanks to Gina proactively sending us daily listings and making constant contact with us, we were able to decide on a property before visiting Florida on our house hunting trip.
We arrived in Florida on 7 Sep to begin our house hunting trip. Since we were on a very tight schedule, Gina did not waste any time at all. Thanks to Gina, we were able to view our favorite property the very next day. On Monday, 9 Sep, we put in an initial offer. Thanks to Gina’s excellent negotiating skills, we were able to obtain some fantastic incentives from the seller; some of which we thought were unobtainable! Within one day, our offer was accepted! Immediately after our offer was accepted, Gina contacted a reputable home inspector and coordinated our home inspection for the same week; we were really impressed!!
The following week, we returned to England “happy bunnies!” While we were back in England, preparing for our move, Gina kept us updated daily as to how things were progressing with our potential home. After packing up our home in England, we returned to Valrico on 11 Oct with our two kiddies (Pugs) Lilly and Willy. They accompanied us to the closing and met “Auntie Gina.” Not only did we have a smooth closing; we gained a lifelong friend!
