I have to write a testimonial to sing the praises of Mrs. Gina Hill! I’ve been in my home now for a little over a year & to this day I will tell anyone who will listen about the work Mrs. Gina did to help me find my home! She made it so easy!! Once I believed I was ready to start getting serious about searching, I sent her a house listing that I thought was nice & we came up with a couple more that were in the area that we could look at while we were there. We visited one house, and then drove over to the listing I originally sent her & as soon as I walked in, I told her “I want it”. She asked if I was sure & after looking around, I was like “YUP!” We put in an offer that night & Mrs. Gina worked her magic to get it down to the deal I wanted! The seller was tough, but Gina wasn’t taking no for an answer! We had an agreed upon deal in my favor the very next day! That’s TWO days from starting the search and contracts were signed, with a closing date scheduled. Her wisdom & insight literally made the entire process a cake walk! She made sure I stayed on top of everything & had my best interest in mind at ALL times! She also only made sure she only showed me homes that were to my taste, even though we only had to see a couple before I found the one. 😉
