When I decided to sell my downtown Tampa high rise condo, Melissa was my first choice.  She has an uncanny sense of the local market, and a track record of driving the highest selling prices.  From pre-listing meetings to establish a market price, to staging, to photography and MLS write ups, and managing the transaction, Melissa can’t be beaten.  Everything was top quality and Melissa’s attention to detail is amazing.  She thinks of everything! Sure, the global pandemic threw a wrench into what would have been a quick and easy sale, but a true expert knows how to conquer challenges.  If I decide to sell again, I’m making one phone call.
