She successfully negotiated a significantly lower price for us on an awesome home.
Finally, she gave priceless recommendations for local bank, title company, inspector, and insurance broker. So she helped us assemble a team of experts who were all great to work with.
We will definitely work with Melissa again when it’s time to sell or buy a home in Tampa in the future!
