Having worked with Melissa on two separate occasions, renting a condo and buying a home, I can say from experience that she is an amazing Realtor. She is prompt, courteous, reliable, professional and hard working. She has tons of experience and therefore is full of great advice. She was able to find us a great house that fit all of our major criteria, which was no easy task since we are very picky and changed our minds many times about what we wanted. No matter how many properties (and there were a lot) we looked at she never once got frustrated with us. She would take notes during each house we viewed and kept refining her search. After finding us the perfect house Melissa became a master negotiator and successfully guided us through the process of purchasing the house of our dreams while saving us money at the same time. If it wasn’t for Melissa we wouldn’t be in this beautiful house today. We highly recommend Melissa!
