I would like to officially and publicly thank and acknowledge the World’s Most Conscientious, Professional, and Helpful Realtor, Gina Hill. She has sold my son ands wife two homes, and as of 9/30/2020 she can add me to that list.
When Gina first contacted me I had a very vague idea of what I wanted, how much I wanted to spend, and where I’d like the home to be. In other words, your basic nightmare client. Oh, and we were in the middle of the pandemic, so I couldn’t actually travel to Florida to see any property she might find.
In spite of all that, Gina persevered, sent me loads of options, and kindly and gently helped me narrow my list. After a couple weeks I was feeling overwhelmed because we weren’t finding the right fit, or as I told her, I wasn’t falling in love. As I was composing an email asking her to temporarily call off the search, she texted me about a listing that had JUST come across her desk. It was more than I wanted to spend, but guess what, it was EXACTLY where I wanted to be, EXACTLY the size, style, and number of rooms I was hoping for, in short, a perfect fit.
She then proceeded to talk me down from freaking out about the price, negotiate a great deal, and walk me through the closing process, all while dealing with me messing things up, probably more than once.
As stressful as buying a home can be, Gina made it nearly effortless. We went from I don’t know what I want, to signing contracts in three weeks!
Yeah, she’s that good.
I now have a lovely home that I can visit whenever I like, and see my kids and granddaughter and soon to be grandson at will. I really don’t know how I could have accomplished that without Gina’s invaluable help.
