She walked me through all of the important items to check when considering a home’s value, cost, and likely future investments. She was very responsive to our myriad questions, and was also a great listener. We ended up buying a home with everything we wanted it to have, and Gina was genuinely so excited for us when our offer was accepted. Best realtor ever!
