I have bought and sold several houses and condos in my time, but Melissa was the best Real Estate Agent I ever had. She brought superior organization, transaction knowledge, and negotiation skills as well as a deep network of contacts to my home-sale which maximized my sales price but minimized my time and stress. Most home sale or buy transactions can have unique challenges and we had ours with the other uncontrollable 3rd parties, but she got us through it as quickly as possible. I am selling another separate home shortly and will be using her again.
